Since the beginning of music, bands have joined together to celebrate a specific type of music or music from a specific region. Two very memorable and well known festivals were Woodstock in 1969 and the Monterey Pop Festival in 1967. Both changed lives and music forever. The Blues and Arts Fiesta on Saturday March 27th 2010 in San Felipe Baja, California is once again hopes to change lives through music and art.
